Natick Neighborhoods

Today I want to talk about Wethersfield.  This an area of town that borders Route 9 on the South and Route 27 on the West.  Wethersfield was developed in the early 50's.  The homes were all 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Slab Ranches like this one

Over the years some people have added second floors to the basic ranch to create a more Colonial style house like this

Some homes have been torn down and new homes built on the site like this one.

Wethersfield is a popular neighborhood because of its location.  Close to major hy-ways, shopping and schools. Home prices range from the low $300's to high $500's depending on updates, additions etc.

The elementary school is Bennet-Heminghway, here is a link to their web site; http://www.natickps.org/BenHem/Homepage.cfm

The middle scholl is Wilson Middle and here is their web site;

Both schools are within walking distance of most homes in Wethersfield.

The High School is Natick High School.  Recently the town approved building a new high school on the existing site.  To learn more about the high school got to this link;

The Natick School System is highly rated.
