Natick Renovation

I want to share with you what one of my clients did to transform a 50 year old home, which had very few updates since then, into a new house.  She chose this particular house because it is in a great neighborhood and she could see through "what it is" to "what it could be".  I took videos during the process to track the transformation.  They have moved into the house this past week and I have one more video to show you the "new" house totally finished and lived in.

If any of you are interested in doing a similar renovation, and wonder how to get it financed, our Mortgage Branch, Alliance Mortgage, which is a branch of Wells Fargo has the answer.  They are one of the few Mortgage Companies that offer this type of Renovation Mortgage.  They have plans for those of you who are interested in buying a Foreclosed Property, Short Sale or a Fixer Upper and want to roll the renovations into the mortgage, we have the program.  For Owner occupied properties you can put down as little as 5% and get a mortgage based on the value of the home after improvements have been made, so you can do the renovations you want with one easy mortgage.

If you are an investor and want to flip a house you can get the same deal with the exception of the down payment.  You would have to put down 10% of the value of the home valued after the improvements.

If either of these financing options are of interest to you, contact me at edwardhughes@comcast.net and I will connect you with our Mortgage Consultant, as well as I'll be happy to find you the right property to improve.

Here are the videos of my client Tory, who has done an excellent job of renovating a home for her family.  Oh by the way she did a flip last year and it was a very successful business deal.....With Foreclosures and Short Sales out there this is a great time to think about a flip or getting into a neighborhood you didn't think you could afford.
